At some point in Eternity, the Primordial Light concentrated, created Nuclear Fire, Heat, Pressure, and then fragmented, giving birth to the world of different realities.

This is how all forms of life in the universe were created. Subatomic particles, protons, neutrons, electrons, gaseous masses, cosmic dust and from them nebulae, galaxies, stars, planets and all the inhabitants of our planet….
As stardust, we take shape from variable amount of what we know more simply as Fire, Earth, Water and Air. The proportions and doses of each element, so finely thread by the conditions of the cosmic moment of our fecundation, design the micro-system that makes us unique and suggests a framework to our existence.
Throughout millennia, astrology has recorded and mapped the instant of eternity that gave us our human form. Fascinating! Astrology doesn’t only reveal how our life potential is directly influenced by the condition of our solar system at the moment of birth. It also proposes the profound discovery of the multiple aspects of our nature and the nature in which we dwell. Exploring astrology means exploring life. A knowledge that allows us to embrace, respect, appreciate and harmonize with differences in order to preserve and celebrate Life.
FLAVIA CASTRO
I was born in a Latin American home, on a summer solstice morning in New York City. From a young age I learned that my "home" was simply wherever I was, it did not really matter where in the world, and that "family" was something sacred that kept growing with the blessed beings that crossed my path.
Thus life transformed me into a seeker. It allowed me to expose and document as a journalist the treasures of the planet, and even better, to live with and learn from various cultures.
During this journey I met extraordinary beings, masters who offered knowledge whose wisdom I transformed into a compass. Thanks to one of them, Domingo Dias Porta, some forty years ago, I took the first steps in the discovery of astrology. I fell in love with this art because I understood that astrology did not mean “fate”. On the contrary, it offered a tool to exercise free will.
Years later I started to research the Afro-Brazilian tradition of Umbanda. I understood that orixás, like planets, are forces that arise from the four elements and animate all life on Earth. The key to both is nature. And it is from Nature’s sacred book that I understand we need to learn, the art of living.
Today I continue studying and practicing astrology and share sessions and courses with other astrology lovers throughout Brazil, the United States, and Europe.
My desire is to share with you what I have learned from this great companion. Her tools are precise and exquisite. They allow the seeker to dive into himself, to loose fears and guilt, and to take life in hand guide our steps through the intricate labyrinths of life. I invite you to discover with me some ways to undertake this journey.
